Permanent Cosmetic Eyebrows

We work together to select just the right color and style to complement your face. Your brows are the natural frames
of the face, and a flattering design and color can bring your whole face into focus. A single needle is used to make
the individual strokes that simulate brow hairs verses a 3 or 5 needle which covers more area for the shading or solid brow.
Whether you just want some extra fullness, or you have very little brow hair at all, you will be pleasantly
surprised at how natural it looks.

How Permanent Eyebrows Can Help You:
Permanent eyebrows help women and men whose eyebrow hair is lightly colored, thin in places, sparse overall, or nonexistent. Eyebrow hair loss can result from years of tweezing or waxing, medical conditions (e.g. scars or Alopecia), or medications (e.g. Chemotherapy). Eyebrow tattoos eliminate the daily use of pencils or powders to fill-in, reshape, or recolor brows. Eyebrow shape, thickness, color, density, height, balance, and symmetry can be corrected once and for all with eyebrow tattooing to improve the attractiveness of a person’s face.

Eyebrow Shape and Design:
Eyebrows "frame" the eyes and are a reference point that determines how facial features are perceived. The appropriate eyebrow shape and size can appear to lift a person’s eyes creating a more youthful appearance. Properly designed eyebrows can balance the distance between eyes or modify the look of prominent or deeply set eyes. A good eyebrow design can also make cheekbones appear more defined and influence the perception of the person’s nose size.We can draw by face-shape, stencil, or if you perfer to draw on your own brow the way YOU like it, we can do that too.

Quality and Safety of Your Eyebrow Procedure:
Tina Otero is a licensed and certified permanent cosmetic and body artist who is highly trained in advanced permanent eyebrow techniques and color theory. She is experienced in tattooing eyebrows using multiple colors and methods including simulated hair strokes, feathering, and shading. As a professional, she has extensive education in human anatomy, physiology, and infection control. Many physicians refer patients to her because they trust her knowledge and expertise. She has successfully tattooed eyebrows on patients with scars from injuries and burns, eyebrow hair transplants, and no hair (Alopecia patients). She has also helped cancer patients before and after their hair loss from chemotherapy. Her own mother was a cancer patient and a client so she is quite farmiliar with the process of cancer and effects of chemotherapy on the body and mind.

Eyebrow "creative strokes/fethering" Enhancement:
This procedure is for people with thin, partial, or very light eyebrows. It supplements existing eyebrow hair to improve shape, thickness, arch, or balance. Also, bald spots or bare sections can be hidden or filled-in. For the most natural look, I uses a simulated hair stroke technique to create “hair strokes.” She can also achieve a soft shaded or powdery look.
